"Internet piracy, domestically and abroad, must be addressed. But HR 3261 (SOPA), as written, runs counter to the fundamental rights we all hold as Americans. It is unwise and unfair. I plan on voting against it as currently drafted, although GOP leadership is now indicating they will not bring it to the floor for a vote."
